His qualifications include certifications in project management (IPMA Level C, SCRUM Master), risk management (RMA), cost-benefit analysis (CBA from Universita degli Studi di Milano & CSIL), and information security (IRCA ISO 27001 Lead Auditor).
Ozren has held leadership roles for over 12 years in institutions such as Volksbank, Unicredit Bank - Zagrebačka banka, Partner Bank, and J&T Bank. His tenure with Deloitte and KPMG, and directorial roles at PJR, Sistema, GetWorker, and Genera Istraživanja, highlight his skills in corporate finance, credit rating, financial analysis, due diligence, and debt management.
His consultancy work includes preparing investment and feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and guiding EU project preparation and evaluation. He has provided technical assistance to public bodies, enhancing their operational efficiency.
A lecturer at several business schools, Ozren teaches financial statement analysis, business plan development, investment studies, and debt management. Since 2019, he has been an extraordinary lecturer at the Swiss School of Business and Management in Geneva for their EMBA program.
